Being a powerful leader does NOT come from you being perfect and keeping it together all of the time. It comes from you knowing how to navigate the ups and downs that leaders inevitably face. The way you’ll get good at this is by giving yourself permission to navigate YOUR OWN internal ups and downs. This is why when it comes to leadership - being an imperfect, messy, struggling human is a GOOD thing.
