Creating an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for young professionals at Bridgestone looking to grow and develop seemed straightforward when BNEXTGEN was formed in 2018, but the group soon realized there was significant appetite and opportunity to continuously learn and network across all age groups in our company. Now renamed BNEXT, the group is embracing a broader focus on cultivating Bridgestone leaders throughout our multi-generational workforce.
