This week Paul and Stoph discuss Paul's experience with the Carolina Pro Seminar that took place Saturday March 18 2023 in Cornelius, NC. He was able to gain loads of knowledge and insight from some top pros in competitive bodybuilding. He also got to gain some insight from some of the biggest judges in the industry including Steve Weinberger who is the head judge for the Olympia.
