Jason Chong is an experienced Acupuncturist and Herbalist, working in  Melbourne, Australia. We talk about ways patients can increase digestive  health through stomach channel massage, food choices and better  awareness of what's going into our body.   Stomach Qi is associated with the Earth element (paired with Spleen  energy) in Chinese medicine and in a more western understanding gut  health, the mind-gut connection and promotion of harmony and health in  our body through ensuring all aspects of food assimilation are working  properly. We also talk about the environmental impacts of current eating  habits, food miles.
ABOUT Dr Jason Chong ;  https://www.dantianhealth.com.au (You can download Jason's free E-book here)  Jason Chong is an Oriental Medicine Doctor with over 10 years of  experience helping people reclaim their health and vitality. Jason is a   fully qualified and nationally registered as an acupuncturist and  Chinese herbalist. Jason is also a lecturer at the Australian Shiatsu  College.   Jason has studied the Tian family lineage of classical herbal medicine  at ICEAM. Under the tutelage of Arnaud Versluys, I graduated with as a  Diplomate in Canonical Chinese Medicine.  Jason has also studied many  styles of acupuncture practice. His primary focus is on the Nagano  lineage of gentle Japanese acupuncture. This is through the tutelage of  Shimamura Tsuyoshi Sensei and Kiiko Matsumoto Sensei.
