Jeremy started out his coaching career as a Student Manager at Indiana University during the 2003-07 seasons.  He worked under Coach Mike Davis and Kelvin Sampson.  Rauch has worked with 10 coaches who were former or are current head coaches. Jeremy was the Head Coach at Southridge High School in Huntingburg, IN.  Coach Rauch led them to back to back conference champs in 2013-14. Currently, Jeremy is the Head Coach at Snider High School in Fort Wayne, IN.   Conference champs in 2017.  Voted both Journal Gazette and News Sentinel Coach of they Year 2017. Head coach of Indy Heat EYBL AAU team, 2018.
