Joe  & Joe Weather Show Tropical Depression Eta shold become a tropical storm tonight as it moves northeast toward Cuba. Tropical Storm Warnings are up for parts of Central and Western Cuba. Additional watches may be required Saturday for parts of South Florida and the Florida Keys. In the Northeast and Middle Atlantic states it looks like a great weekend ahead with sunshine and warm temperatures. A winter storm brings rain to the west and heavy snow to parts of the Rockies as well as the Southwest US.
