Weather in 5  Happy New Year to all! A cold front has moved through and weather conditions will improve this afternoon across the Northeast and Northern Mid Atlantic states. The next storm is revving up in Texas and that low moves northeast into the Ohio Valley. Low level cold air sets up a round of freezing rain for inland areas from Northern Virginia and West Virgina northeast ot New England for late Friday and Friday night. Another low forms in the Southeast US Sunday and moves up the coast with rain or snow likely.
