Joe  & Joe Weather Show Friday February 5, 2021 Another winter storm looms for the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states. Winter Storm Watches are posted from Western North Carolina to Southern New England and this includes the cities of Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia , and NYC. This will not be a repeat of the Sunday night through Tuesday storm which produced 2 feet or more in many areas. Instead this sytem will produce 6 to 10 inch snowfalls in many areas under the Winter Storm Watch.
