Joe  & Joe Weather Show Monday March 1, 2021 A storm is strengthening offshore and a cold high is dropping southward from Canada. The combination is creating strong winds across the Northeast and Mid Atlantic tonight into Tuesday with wind wind chills headed to near zero in some areas. Across the south two waves will bring some rain mid and late week. Long range we could see some early spring warmth arrive next week in the East.
