Severe weather is possible in the Southeast US. Rain changes to snow Central Appalachians to Northwest New England Wednesday night into Thursday. Winter Storm Watches are posted for much of Upstate NY. Flash Flood Watches for the Tennessee Valley and parts of the Deep South. Wnds are still gusty and strong in the Northern Plains.
