The Joe & Joe Weather Show is LIVE 7:30PM A developing storm in the Plains will head to the Upper Ohio Valley and then the Northeast tonight into early Friday morning. Winter Storm Warnings are up from Oklahoma to Southern Michigan for heavy snow and ice. Heavy rain will fall to the south of that from the Lower and Middle Mississippi Valley east to the Appalachians and into the Northeast. Severe Weather will move out of the Southern Plains and across the Deep South Thursday and to the Southeast coast early Friday. Strong winds are likely for the Coastal Northeast with High Wind Watches up. We also have Wind Advisories in the Ohio Valley and the South as the storm and cold front approach and move through.
