Danielle Coe is an experienced Clinical Research Professional who is bringing diversity and much-needed change to our industry. She has helped countless professionals increase their reach and opportunities through Black Women in Clinical Research (BWICR) and Black Men in Clinical Research (BMICR). Presently, the organization has over 5,700 active members. The mission is to educate, empower, support, and help Black women and men thrive in the clinical research industry. In this episode we discuss Danielle’s journey from lab to clinic, the lack of diversity in the clinical trial workforce and the importance of marketing yourself.
