Online relationships abound these days.  Many of us have people we consider friends or colleagues online.  We hear of the occasional story of someone marrying an online partner... and, of course, we hear of or have experienced some rather strange engagements online as well.  It is a new world full of very new ways of doing things.  So, how do online relationships rate?  Are they to be considered "real"?  Should I value them as much as real-life interactions?  What are the flags to look for?
