She teaches a meditation, Coaches CEOs but why is she on a Health and Safety podcast? Well, great question, a couple of months ago a post on Linked in that our guest had produced scrolled onto my feed and it starts “if you want Innovation and Changes you need” These are two things that we need as an industry Health and Safety need I think to get us into the future. But also its always a massive part of business leaders and safety professionals' roles to try to implement positive change and encourage innovation within their business.
