Breathe,
And embrace this moment
of peace,
of reflection,
of self-care
as your focus turns inward.

PAUSE

And, in this moment,
welcome the color Yellow,
as it drapes around you.

PAUSE

Take a moment,
and sit quietly with Yellow,
letting its sunshine
warm your heart.

PAUSE

After a moment,
notice that you feel lighter.
Your arms and legs.
Your hands and feet.
Your center.

They all feel lighter,
as the untethered joy of Yellow
blends with you.

Invite that joy to live in you.

PAUSE

Now, take a moment,
and notice
that Yellow also brings
clarity of mind to you.

PAUSE

Breathe.

And let Yellow
ground your thoughts.

Keep breathing in Yellow,
and notice your thoughts
Simplifying,
and unburdening you.

PAUSE

Breathe in more Yellow,
and observe how
problems have simple answers,
your thoughts have an easy order,
and you continue to feel joy.

PAUSE

Pause. 

Reflect.

Take a step back,
and let the part of your mind
that wants to control,
Rest. Just rest.
And rest some more.

PAUSE

Breathe in once more.

Breathe in the bright sun.

Breathe in Yellow.

And let your thoughts be clear,
and your heart filled with joy,
As you go forth in Yellow.

Beautiful Yellow.
