Dr. Tia Gregorio is a tenured Certified Veterinary Technician with history in emergency medicine, general practice, and specialty services. She received her Bachelors of science in Veterinary Technology from an AVMA accreddited school before completing an MBA early on in her career.  Her nontraditional route to pursue a doctorate in business has allowed her to grow her management skills while continuing to develop a robust understanding of today's veterinary practice. She is the current practice manager of two Urgent Care facilities and has spent her last 3 years in multi-unit management. Joining medicine with strategy has helped drive her passion to grow successful and empowered veterinary teams. Her goal is to continue developing veterinary teams to function at the top of their abilities.
