Joining us is PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano, Abdallah Jreij who is researching the environmental impact and sustainability of projects and infrastructure constructed for mega-events such as Expos and Olympic Games. From Abdallah’s research, we discuss the most important aspects of such planning processes using the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics as a point of reference.
