The US score five goals with some notable ones from Olivia Moultrie on her debut. Midge Purce ran rampant assisting on 3 goals before coming out of the match. Alex Morgan, who was brought back into the fold due to Mia Fishel's ACL tear, ends up scoring a PK in the second half ending her almost year-long goal draught. Striker Lynn Williams also had a fantastic performance netting one goal on several shots.
