If you have not read Albert Breer's excellent article from this week about the Jets' multi-year pursuit of Sam Darnold, I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was an incredibly detailed look at the inner workings of the Jets' front office as they tried to find a franchise quarterback. I think it is one of the best sports articles of the year.Over the last few days, I have been thinking a lot about how the Jets handled their scouting this year. The Breer article provided us with a lot of information. I thought Mike Maccagnan and company came out looking great.There were several positives I took from the plan.
