The New Orleans Saints and star running back Alvin Kamara should present a very tough matchup for the New York Giants this weekend. After losing LB Blake Martinez for the season, the Giants may have no answer for how to defend Kamara, particularly in the passing game.The task doesn't get much easier for the Giants on the other side of the ball as they deal with two hamstring injuries for WRs Darius Slayton and Sterling Shephard. The Saints' defense has been on fire to start of the season allowing only 14 points per game and ranking third against the run. If New Orleans shuts down Saquon Barkley, the Giants might have to rely on QB Daniel Jones and the hampered air attack against Marshon Lattimore, Demario Davis, Marcus Williams and the rest of a talented Saints defense.And they'd have to do so while the Saints get their of a full-capacity Caesars Superdome as well.
