It’s a battle of 2-2 teams but they come in with different stories.After losing by three to the Chiefs in Week 2, the Chargers seemed uninterested in Week 3 and lost 38-10 to the Jaguars. The Chargers are a potent passing attack and given the Browns issues in the secondary, L.A. seems as though they should be favored more. The moneyline stands at +16 for Cleveland while Los Angeles is sitting at -184. As of now, the over/under is at 47.5.Browns vs. Chargers Prediction Week 5Cleveland lost in Week 4 despite Marcus Mariota completing just seven passes. Herbert can complete seven passes in one drive. He’s already thrown for 1,250 yards and nine touchdowns and with the Browns penchant for leaving people open, he’s going to add to those numbers in a big way. Last season, he led them to 26 points in the final quarter against Cleveland and that was with Baker Mayfield throwing for 305 yards and two touchdowns. It’s not likely Jacoby Brissett has a day and Herbert could repeat his 398-yard, four-touchdown performance — especially if the defensive line is still hurting.
