Description

Clint speaks with Israel Lopez, an entrepreneur that has a great story overcoming adversity. Once homeless, Israel was on his own at an early age yet still managed to play college football, graduated college, and went on to law school at UW-Madison. After graduation, he worked as a lawyer and found an interest in technology startup companies. Israel's most recent project is Politiscope, an app that strives to give a balanced view of legislation and politics. Israel discusses the process around raising money for startups, and the challenges he faces in growing an idea into an app and taking it all the way to exit.
