We are closing out 2022 with a BANG by reviewing perhaps the most anticipated movie of the year and a film that took 13 years to create, Avatar: The Way of Water. In 2009, Avatar was released and blew up the box office. Since that time, it has grown to become the highest-grossing film of all time and an iconic visual spectacle that everyone recognizes. In our Avatar: The Way of Water review, we’ll discuss if this film lives up to the hype, rights the narrative wrongs of the first film which many (us included) have accused of being overly derivative, and excites us for the remaining films in the series.
