1 oz Bloom Rose and Jasmine Gin
1 oz Blueberry simple syrup
2 oz Ginger beer
Fresh blueberries
Dried rose petals

Pour simple syrup and rose petals in bottom of glass

Fill glass with crushed ice

Pour ginger beer over back of spoon into glass

Float gin on top

Top with skewer of fresh blueberries
