He worked in the Trump Administration at the Treasury Department and Commerce Department. He is a subject matter expert on financial policy, trade and industrial policy, technology, national security, and the census. He previously worked in finance and on several statewide and Federal elections. He attended Columbia University for undergraduate study and University of Pennsylvania Wharton for an executive education program. President Trump appointed Adam to the Presidential Council for Improving the Federal Civic Architecture in 2021.
