Description
The Seahawks come up a couple feet short from tying the game at the end of regulation and end up losing 34-31 to the Falcons. Seattle has now lost in back-to-back games at home and yet they're still in position to win the NFC West. Adam and Brandan analyze all of the areas in this game where things went wrong and also look at what went right for Seattle. Russell Wilson had some more incredible plays and Tyler Lockett made the highlight reels with his kick returns. One thing we're not talking about after the Atlanta game is how the loss of Chancellor and Sherman ultimately didn't seem to be the difference to costing the game. There were so many other factors that contributed, including speculation of why Thomas Rawls has to sit out a game so Eddie Lacy can get a couple snaps in this game. The San Francisco 49ers are coming off their bye, and while many speculated how it would be a perfect time for newly acquired quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to make his debut, it looks like Beathard will continue to start. The guys talk about some potential records that could fall this week and discuss one of the most noticeable differences between the Seahawks and the NFL's top teams. Happy Thanksgiving to all the listeners as we talk about our Thursday game picks and congratulate the top teams from the previous week. This upcoming week is going to be difficult for people to gain ground because there are so many heavy favorites. A pair of coaches get called out in the Do Better segment this week after the Bills coach shows he made a terrible mistake and Bruce Arians of the Cardinals owns a mistake only to turn right around and brag about how he made a great call and it was his players who screwed up. Finally, better at life honors go to a former Oklahoma Sooners basketball player for how she handled an interaction on Twitter and to a flat Earther turned rocket scientist who looks to make history on Saturday.
