Carole Kirschner is a Hollywood business coach, public speaker, and writer. She runs two prominent programs for writers, one at CBS and the other at the WGA . the WGA Showrunner Training Program helps senior-level writer-producers and recent creators hone the skills they need to become highly effective showrunners. More than 150 new series have been created by alumni since the Program's inception. Carole created and runs the CBS Diversity Institute Writers Mentoring Program, an eight month intensive that has helped to launch the careers of more than 100 diverse television writers.
