In the Book of Boba Fett, we see some thugs stealing water from people who have the same looking hut as Luke Skywalker's uncle Owen and Aunt Beru (it's not their house). These thugs are from Jabba's gang and they're taking a water tax. I think we'll see them in the Obi-Wan Kenobi show.
Kenobi fought them to protect Luke.
