7-day challenge here, 15-day feat there, 30-day challenge everywhere - these types of programs are everywhere, and often they're great! However, they might not be the fix you actually need in your business. They look sexy, they are great headlines, and announcing them on social feels AWESOME! But, they aren't meant to be sustainable long-term solutions, which is what we should really be after.
