Description
Simon Dyakowski, President and CEO of Aztec Minerals (TSX.V:AZT & OTCQB:AZZTF) joins me to discuss the recent drill targets and expansion efforts, especially focusing on the western extension of the Contention Pit, on the Tombstone Project, in Arizona.
Historical mining activities, particularly from the late 1800s to early 1900s, provide a backdrop to the current exploration, which aims to uncover high-grade mineralization zones. See Figure 1, from the May 22nd news release, to better understand the underground workings on the Project.
We discuss the high-priority drill targets, pending results from recent surface exploration, and plans for future drilling in mid-to-late summer. Additionally, the conversation highlights Aztec's Cervantes project in Mexico, with upcoming work planned for later in the year.
If you have any follow up questions for Simon please email me at Fleck@kereport.com.
