Kathy is founder of Nurture Mum, a nutritionist and former Midwife with a keen interest in optimising health before, during and following pregnancy. Kathy is helping change perceptions of pregnancy, health, and society's response to the deepening crisis in public health and wellbeing. Recognising that the first 1000+ days of life is the greatest opportunity there is to develop healthy lives, from the very beginning.
