B-Konnected develops and uses technology built by social workers and those with lived experience to identify potential trouble spots and help residents access resources before a problem turns into a crisis. Across more than 3,500 housing units, they have reduced evictions by 90% - providing owners and property managers with the tools to lower costs and boost their financial performance, all while helping low-income individuals and families stabilize their lives and build a healthy home.
