33-year-old Geoffrey Spangler disappeared from Las Cruces, New Mexico, on November 8, 2021. Geoffrey left home that morning and told his mother he was going to Ruidoso, roughly 2 hours away, to stay in a cabin he rented. Geoffrey’s mom, Tracie, never heard from her son again, which was unusual. Tracie contacted the resort where Geoffrey was staying, and he did have a cabin reserved, but they informed her that he had never made it there. Tracie’s calls and texts to her son’s phone went unanswered. Tracie decided to report her son missing the following morning.
