What society expects of us and what our reality is often don't mesh. This week we talk about all of the societal pressures put on us as women and moms and what our reality is. Spoiler alert, we don't live up to many of them! And if you don't either, you're not alone. So many of society's expectations are unrealistic and frankly impractical, so don't beat yourself up if you're not living up to them either.
