Description
A conversation with Karen Robinson, Business Development Director for the Amphenol Automotive Products Group. Karen has been with Amphenol for over 30 years. We talk about her current role in helping the automotive group by utilizing her years of prior experience as the general manager of Amphenol Adronics. We talk about the recent technological changes in the automotive world and how a car is now a computer on wheels. We talk about her taking over the family business at Adronics prior to being acquired by Amphenol and extending what was meant to be a 3-month stint into a career. We talk about following the Grateful Dead on tour after college for six weeks and what she learned from that. We talk about her love of riding horses, especially her horse Jersey, and how riding provides her with a much-needed mental break. And we discuss her desert island album, book, and movie. This is The Interface.
