A blast from the past
This episode was liked by many of you - maybe because we look at success with different eyes. When I heard, that the path to the top is combined with a lot of struggle, I did not want to go there. Today I know, there are other ways to success. And anyway, what is success? A little outtake: "I have never really understood the metaphor or the comparison of climbing a mountain and success. Psychologicaly it did not work for me. The top? It feels, as if there is just one top. And I always asked myself; and than? What comes after the top? The descent? The emptiness? The downward spiral? So whenever I sat in a meeting or in a workshop where someone was taking the metaphor of „come one guys - let’s climb this mountain together and we will arrive at a high success level“ - internally I was feeling like: „Oh no please, leave me behind. I’ll stay down here and I’ll be the one who will call the helicopter if you need some help." I was never eager to climb this mountain of success." Watch the beautiful video because after a month, it was the first time we saw the sun - just for a few minutes, and that was touching. Take care, Anna
By the way: I will give you a summer break for 3 weeks. But I will still publish every Sunday, as usual - but I will publish 3 of my most listened podcast episodes from the last 2 years. In 4 weeks, I will be back with new episodes on AUDIO and new video animations - stay tuned and stay with me, it would be an honor.
