As the stars begin to twinkle in the vast expanse above, 

Notice the delicate whisper of your own thoughts, 

Like leaves rustling in a gentle breeze. 

PAUSE

Acknowledge them, without critique or concern.

Witness their dance, 

Light and ephemeral, 

As they flutter and spiral, 

Merging into the silence that blankets the night.

Allow yourself to feel the emotions that rise like waves from the depths of yourself. 

Each one holds a message, 

A spark of insight into your soul’s desires. 

Welcome them with open arms, 

Understanding their influence on you.

In your own time,

Invite your breath to be the vessel that guides these thoughts and feelings back to the cosmos.

Within this sphere,

It’s your sanctuary, your place of peace.

Should thoughts or feelings stir within, 

Let them be swept away with your breath, 

Exiting the sphere, 

Vanishing into the ether, leaving you untouched.

With every cycle of breath, 

Visualize the frenetic energy of your mind cooling and calming, 

Collected with each inhale and gently released with each exhale.

Your consciousness is a serene expanse, clear, open, and infinitely calm.
