Imagine yourself standing before a vast, 

Serene body of water, its surface a mirror reflecting the sky above. 

With each breath you take, 

Imagine drawing in the calmness of the water, the vastness of the sky, and the gentle embrace of the air around you.

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

As you stand there, 

Begin to acknowledge any feelings of helplessness that may have been weighing on your heart. 

Visualize these feelings as leaves floating on the water's surface, each leaf representing a worry, a fear, or a situation you feel you cannot control.

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

With your next exhale, gently whisper to yourself, "I surrender." 

Watch as the leaves begin to drift away, carried by the water's flow. 

In this moment, you are choosing to let go of the need to control, to fix, or to change what is outside your power.


PAUSE (10 SEC)...

Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with fresh air, and as you exhale, affirm to yourself, "I trust." 

Trust in the natural flow of life, trust in the unfolding of events as they are meant to be, and trust in the divine timing of the universe.

PAUSE (20 SEC)...

I surrender feelings of helplessness.

PAUSE (10 SEC)…

I surrender feelings of helplessness.

PAUSE (10 SEC)…

I surrender feelings of helplessness.

LONG PAUSE (4 MINS)…

I surrender feelings of helplessness.
