This week, we talk with Elizabeth Contreras Martinez and learn all about her work as the Executive Director of the Women’s and Children’s Crisis Shelter. The shelter was founded in 1977 works to serve victims of domestic violence of all genders and ages. Liz shares how we can support the shelter as well as potentially help those who might be facing violence in our own lives.
