If you’re looking to get rid of stubborn fat, especially around your belly so you can be beachbody and bikini body ready for the summer, then I have 5 easy things to do to burn body fat FAST.

You’re going to find yourself at outdoor events such as the beach, pool and BBQ’s more often during the summer. I remember avoiding these events as much as possible because I was obese, and the last thing I wanted was to be seen in a swimsuit.

I was able to lose serious weight and overcome obesity, and now I find myself without a shirt feeling confident.

I achieved this by following these 5 easy steps.


The first step is in your protocol to walk after your biggest meal of the day. Ideally, the meal with the most carbohydrates. 

The second step in your protocol is no food at least 3 hours before bed.

One of the fastest ways to create inflammation, weight gain and rapid aging inside your body is to eat before bed. 

The third step in your protocol is to have an eating window of between 8am - 2pm. This is called early time restricted feeding.

The fourth step is to have apple cider vinegar right before your meals.
There’s a ton of research showing acv boosts metabolism, suppresses appetite, and reduces fat storage. 

The fifth and final step is to start your meals with protein, fat and fiber, and eat the carbohydrates after.
