In our weakness, sickness, and sin, we can feel like the leper of the Gospel healed by Jesus (MT 8:1-4). Essentially, we feel not worthy or deserving of God's love.

The leper who came to Jesus and worshiped Him was an outsider, a despised figure — yet he came to Jesus.
