In this episode, I'll explain how to stop fearing weight gain. During binge eating recovery, a non-negotiable is that you have to eat more to inform your body to stop binge eating. Binge eating is not a problem, it's a symptom. So we need to eat more to inform our body that there isn't a famine going on. But most people understand that, but one of the biggest barriers to recovery is to overcome the fear of weight gain which I will uncover in this video!
