    This day (July 4th) is a really personally significant day to my husband Seena and I, because it’s the day we got engaged (in 2019) and also the day we lost his dad (in 2021)... and every year I do an episode just reflecting on the DUALITY of life, and the importance of savoring it all. This isn’t a SAD conversation, but what I hope will remind you that MEMORIES matter and soaking it all up is what I really think a future version of you hopefully
