    Nebraska native Sherry James spent her youth riding horses and writing stories. All of those hours she spent in the saddle gave her plenty of time to think up all kinds of romantic stories. She grew up to become not only a rodeo queen and avid horsewoman, but a published author, too. These days she splits her time between her family, the computer, and the barn.
