Some of you might read this and think I'm arrogant, self-absorbed, lecherous and even a little heartless. I'm not. Not really. I am the woman that you pass on the street in broad daylight, and don't look twice at.  I am the type you'd never even glance at for a second longer than is necessary. After an exciting few weeks with Daniel, Ally now finds herself in the equally cold arms of Dr. William Walker where she takes more chances, and slowly evolves from the drab, boring Ally Bradshaw she has always been. With a new wardrobe and a brand-new hairstyle, she takes risks she would never have taken during her miserable marriage with Michael. But, she soon realizes that the good doctor isn't Daniel, and for some reason, she can't seem to get him out of her mind. When Michael voices his concerns to her parents regarding the new Ally Bradshaw, they force her to make a trip back to her hometown, desperate to save her from herself. There she meets her 8-second cowboy, Ryan Henderson. 

Back home, and under strict orders from her parents, Ally does her best to behave, but still can't get Daniel off her mind. Here she meets Ryan Henderson, an 8-second rodeo cowboy, and before she could consider the consequences, she goes on one wild rodeo ride after another, of her own. In between their secret meetings, she is forced to deal with the painful loss of her brother, and her parents' heartache and anger at not only his death, but her lifestyle. On the last night of the festival, Ally Bradshaw's indiscretions with Ryan is exposed for all the townsfolk to see. Shocked by her parents' reaction, Ally sees them in a new light, but is forced to return home when the museum where she works, almost burns down. Here, she meets Detective Mark Warren, and runs into Daniel again, who has another woman at his side.

Ally is infatuated with the elegant, successful and powerful Damon, the attorney Daniel introduced her to. Still, she has fallen for Daniel, and unable to resist him when she temporarily moves in with him after the fiasco with Mark Warren. But, Daniel is committed to Lucy, and successfully resists Ally's advances. Before she is able to submit to Damon, Michael causes havoc in her life, leaving her for dead on her bedroom floor.

Ally is back home, and meets Mark Warren who is working on the arson case she was called home to.   At first, he seemed exciting and dangerous, but the more encounters she has with him, the more she begins to fear him.   When he frames Michael for the fire at the museum, Ally reaches out to Daniel who introduces her to an attorney.   Together, they set up a sting to prove that Mark Warren is crooked, and hopefully, prove Michael and Lily's innocence, and free them from prison.   But, Mark is smarter than they anticipated, and her liaisons with him comes to an abrupt, and violent end.
