One of Charlotte Perkins' besties has told Charlotte not to include her in the dating app that Logan Fourier created. The same app that more or less gave Charlotte and Logan their HEA.   Why not? Why wouldn't Charlotte want her own happily ever after with a hunky shifter? Well, for starters, Charlotte hasn't told any of her besties that the guys on the dating app, the guys from Shotgun Falls aren't regular guys. How's Charlotte supposed to even bring that up?   Of course that's not what concerns Hope Lawrence. She has no online presence. She can't afford to. She's a girl on the run from her mafia father's cronies.   Once, long ago, Hope Delmonico—not Lawrence—was the apple of her daddy's eye. She found a secret place to hide in his study. He never knew that Hope was busy pretending to be a spy. No one did. The men who snuck in and killed her father's right hand man certainly had no idea. Her father standing aside and watching Uncle Vito bleeding out on his floor certainly didn't know. Hope's belief in goodness was shattered that day. She never told anyone. Until she did. And that was the wrong man. Her former boyfriend—former because he betrayed her and told his father—more or less set the mafia after her. And her own father, well, she doesn't know if she can trust him or not, so Hope did what any mafia princess would do. She took the money and ran. And hid. Until now.

Micah's a shifter. More like a shifter with a problem. There's a curse on a rival pack of wolf shifters. Shouldn't be his problem should it? Or so he thought. Well, he was quite mistaken. Sometimes, what affects one can affect all. Esme Redferne's a witch.  A witch with a grudge. In her attempt to seek vengeance—no, justice—she's found herself at the mercy of a ruthless wolfpack with a fierce leader who has a grudge.   Micah is unsure of his reaction around Esme. He should've dragged her out of her cabin and turned her in he didn't. Why the heck not? He questions his own motives. Questions his emotions. He's giving her a chance. He's wondering why she'd cast a curse that'll only end up with all the witches probably getting hurt from the fallout. He tries to tell himself it's not his problem.   Except, now it seems it is.

Drake's returned to his home in Pine Cove. He's back but his heart is heavy. There are too many memories here, and some of them are heartbreaking. He bucks up and decides he's got to do what's right, even if it's hard as hell.   Audra doesn't need saving. At least, she doesn't think she does. But she is running. She's on the run and hiding and luckily, Sylvia Redferne has a solution. A job tending bar in Pine Cove. There's something about this town, though. Pine Cove's citizens are… she can't put her finger on it, but she won't stop being inquisitive about the matter.   Things go a little off course for both Audra and Drake when they meet and sparks fly. Good sparks. Until a figure from her past shows up. How will Drake and his wolf handle this?
