About this series
Once the Humans' War came to an end, Lyricans worked together to rebuild their home and the land found peace. But nothing lasts forever.
Centuries have now passed. Serwa's descendants have upheld the Alclian name and maintained their influence over the kingdom: Orisa is a respected physician known for her midwifery, Bolanile is a skilled warrior with a fondness for tinkering, and Kwento has set his desires on a seat in Parliament. But the kingdom starts falling apart when groups of refugees began disappearing and fingers start to point.
Then, an old friend leaves a Cursed One--a werewolf forced to remain in animal form--in the Alclian dungeons. Orisa, Bolanile, and Kwento know they cannot allow the creature to fall into the wrong hands.
In the third book of the Pariah Child series, loyalties, magic, and family bonds will be tested. Will Serwa's descendants survive?

- The Pariah Child Evley's Descent: The Pariah Child, #4
4
Bolanile is dead. Evley's last gift to her was to ensure she was buried in a red dress--her favorite color. But without her the manor feels much emptier, Orisa and Kwento much more distant, and the world a bit more gray. Still, Evley's managing. He's managing quite well actually, despite what everyone else may think with their constant pestering. Life isn't perfect but it's moving on. Then Orisa begins vomiting dirt while Kwento begins cutting away at his flesh. And no one's sure why. Things only take a turn for the worse when a family of gargoyles ambushes Evley in his office at the Department of Domestic & Exotic Beasts. They want him to aid them in preventing a human caravan of Lyricans from opening a portal and crossing over to Earth. But the portals are sealed and humans can't open them. Not alone at least, not until they receive help from a woman in a red dress... In the fourth book of the Pariah Child series, gargoyles, the undead, and witches are all in need. And Evley's the only one who can help them.
- The Pariah Child & the Ever-Giving Stone: The Pariah Child
In the first novel of The Pariah Child series, a young girl's world is changed forever... When Sarah was four, she promised her mother she would be a good girl -- a proper young lady in their small country town -- and that she would ignore the creatures who appeared to her and whispered in her ear of things unknown. But like all creatures of myth and legend, they won't be ignored forever. Now thirteen, Sarah is attacked by a wolf with poisonous black fur and strange, human-looking eyes. With the help of a few unexpected friends, she manages to survive the attack but soon discovers the creatures have returned. They want Sarah to find a powerful gemstone and bring it to them in Lyrica, their magical homeworld. Her new friends urge caution, however. There may be more monsters like the black wolf. And the creatures themselves are frightening. Can Sarah trust them? Stuck between reality and imagination, her mother's wishes and her own desires, Sarah faces an impossible choice – break her promise or do nothing to save a world in peril.
- The Pariah Child Sarafina's Return: The Pariah Child
In the second novel of The Pariah Child series, nothing is as it was before... "Lyrica is at war." This is the message Sarah receives after having left the mythical world Lyrica nearly three years ago. She is no longer a timid thirteen-year-old and has learned to survive in her small town despite the hateful gossip her neighbors spread about her. But Lyrica and the friends she met there are never far from Sarah's mind. So, when she begins to see children made of mist running through the woods and knights with odd symbols carved into their armor, Sarah wonders who these phantoms could be. And why would they reveal themselves to her? While Lyrica calls to her, Sarah's family is suddenly struck by tragedy and she finds herself having to decide between two worlds: Does she remain on earth to help her family or does she return to Lyrica to end a war?
