Jeremy Bramwell has been completing Depreciation Reports throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island since 2011. He has authored articles on Depreciation Reports for CHOA, REIC, and VISOA, lectured at CHMC, and contributed material to the University of British Columbia. In 2022, he was appointed as a subject matter expert to the BC Housing Policy Branch. He is one of the most respected experts on Depreciation Reports in BC.view less
